Q: What should I do if my cat is not interested in a cat drinking fountain?
A: Keep the cat fountain running continuously by plugging in, place it where it can be easily accessed, smelled and seen. Leave it on for a day or two and change the water daily. Kitty will probably observe and even start drinking from the fountain.

Q: What should I pay attention to before the first using of the water fountain?
A: Soak the filter for 10 minutes and rinse the filter for 30 seconds to ensure filtration effect.Make sure the filter is SOAKED thoroughly, otherwise it will just spill over.

Q: How can I purchase more filters for the HAPUP cat fountain?

Cat Loves This

This is a great water bowl. If there is a power cut there is still plenty of water in the dish.

I would definitely recommend the motion sensor to go with it as otherwise the pump it’s running all the time.
