Do you ship Worldwide?

Our official HAPUP website and Amazon can ship to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, and other EU regions (including Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland), Japan. 

We are actively developing other regional markets, so feel free to subscribe to our newsletters for timely information.

How can I pay?

We accept all Major Credit Cards and Paypal.

What's the difference between purchasing here vs on Amazon

Thank you for asking! Your support of our small business goes further when you purchase directly from our website vs Amazon, since Amazon takes a large chunk of the sale.

At the moment, we are using Amazon's fulfillment centers to ship some of our products (so your board may be arriving in an Amazon box), but please know your purchase and support is coming directly to us!

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Orders within the U.S. will be processed and shipped within 2 business days from the date of order. We offer two shipping methods:
1.Amazon Fulfillment (our primary method): Standard shipping takes 2-4 business days, with an estimated delivery time within 8 business days from the order date.
2.Direct Shipping from Our Warehouse: You can expect your order to arrive within 7-15 business days after the package leaves our facility.
During peak periods such as holidays, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, please allow up to 5 additional business days for processing and shipping.

Any delivery date provided by HAPUP is an estimate. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays.
