A: Keep the cat fountain running continuously by plugging in, place it where it can be easily accessed, smelled and seen. Leave it on for a day or two and change the water daily. Kitty will probably observe and even start drinking from the fountain.

Q: What should I pay attention to before the first using of the water fountain?
A: Soak the filter for 10 minutes and rinse the filter for 30 seconds to ensure filtration effect.Make sure the filter is SOAKED thoroughly, otherwise it will just spill over.

Clearly very good pet fountain

This cat water fountain was very easy to set up. The transparent components make it very easy to see when water needs topping up.
The pump is a very low power one, but entirely adequate for purpose. If it loses power, there's only a small water reservoir on the top that our cat can get to, it probably has enough water to keep him going for a day.
The fountain is a little noisier than some.
ℹ️ The fountain comes with a thin silicone mat to protect floors from spillage, however our cat enjoys attacking and chewing anything silicone, so we won't be using it.

Easy to put together and understand. My cats like to play with the spout but that’s why I bought it. They’re forever turning my kitchen tap on but this seems to attract them more. In between games, they do like to drink from the corners. My kitten has to climb the side to reach but that’s fine as it’s nice and sturdy. It does make rather a lot of noise as the spout is quite a distance from the water but if that has you running to the loo too often then just remove said spout and it’s much much quieter - but not as much fun for my babies!

The cat loves it

My cats love this every day it used to be meow meow at the bathroom door so I could put the tap on. But now that's all gone she drinks from the fountain with the tap feature.

Easy to put together not to noisy but you can tell when it's running out of water.

Nice none slip mat as another cat wants to drag it across floor this stops him.

I would recommend to anyone.

Comfortable shaped spout for my cats comfort

My cats have used a lot of different types of water fountain over the years, But i always found it difficult to really see how much they had drunk overnight, even with an LED. This one is pretty basic, But transparent, allowing me to see clearly anytime day or night how much my cats need a refill. The water flow of the fountain goes upwards, Which makes it more comfortable for my cats to drink from, and it comes with 2 spare filters.
